Plaza Pombo B&B welcomes pets, though it’s important to remember that this is an establishment for people. We only ask that a few simple rules of behavior are followed by pet owners, such as not leaving the pet alone in the rooms, using a leash in common areas out of respect for other guests, taking responsibility for any damage or cleaning up any possible mess. Please remember that you must always request admission for your pet, and this service is NOT FREE. For more information, please contact us.

APP ACCESS AND ONLINE CHECK-IN
We have a modern door access system throughout the accommodation. You can use the contactless cards provided upon arrival or our app, which we will invite you to download on your phone, to access all entry doors to your room. Additionally, you can perform the online check-in for all guests by simply scanning their identification document, whether it’s an ID card, resident card, passport, etc. This will save you time during check-in.
